In most cases, GOYA Fight Gear utilizes FedEx Ground as the default shipping method for
product shipments, with estimated delivery timelines of 3 days to U.S. addresses.
GOYA does not ship to international locations.
In most cases all orders will be shipped by the next business day.
On some occasions, the order may be shipped within 2 business days.
In the rare instance in which shipment of your order is delayed beyond
three business days from the date of purchase, GOYA Fight Gear will notify
you at the e-mail address provided and you will have the right to a full refund if requested.
Because packages may sometimes be delayed or lost for reasons out of our control,
please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting
any lost or missing shipments to us. If you still have not received your product after
this time, please contact us at sales@goyafightgear.com.
Unless GOYA Fight Gear has fulfilled an order incorrectly, customers are responsible
for all shipping charges in the case of returns or exchanges.
Refunds are granted upon successful receipt of the returned items, less shipping charges.
GOYA Fight Gear reserves the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee if the packaging is damaged.
If the refunded item was purchased via a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping charge will be
deducted from the refunded purchase price.
Customers wishing to exchange a product for an alternate size or color of equal value must
first email us at sales@goyafightgear.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.
The replacement item will only be shipped after successful receipt of the exchange.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement product,
and GOYA Fight Gear reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if the packaging
on the exchange is damaged.
Please note that GOYA Fight Gear reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges
if the item has been worn, washed, or damaged.
